Billy Ray McPherson, Jr., of Cape Charles, entered Eternal Life on Friday, January 18, 2019. HE was born in Eastville, VA on October 9, 1955 to Billy Ray McPherson, Sr. and Mable Frances Brady McPherson.

Billy Ray was preceded in death by his brother DeWayne McPherson.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Meghan Durrua and her husband Kyle; son Chris McPherson; granddaughters Charlotte and Lillian; and other family and friends.

In accordance with Billy Ray's wishes, no services will be held. The Altmeyer Funeral Home-Southside Chapel is assisting with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed by clicking HERE.
