In Loving Memory of Terry Whitehurst
Fund Type: Family SupportVirginia Beach, VA
Fundraiser ends on May 03, 2019
Terry Whitehurst, in his own way, was larger than life. He lived a very rich and full life with many beautiful experiences. In his lifetime, he was able to experience love on many levels. From his wife of 22 years, Kathy, his cooking partner and daughter, Chris and sports pal and son, Chase and his sweet fur baby, Daisy.
Other forms of love for Terry were the Carolina Panthers, watching Sergio Garcia play golf, Jimmy Buffet, Grilling and Gardening and roasting pigs and making Conch Chowder with Uncle Donald.
Terry also loved traveling, particularly Key West, and while visiting, the landmark, Sloppy Joe's.
While Terry had an amazing life, he had battles just the same. He battled Parkinson's Disease amongst other things and on Thursday, March 28, 2019 the unimaginable happened. Very unexpectedly, we lost Terry.
Now as we try to find closure and pick up the pieces in an attempt to be strong and move on, we are left with so many questions. One of those important questions is, 'What are we going to do now?' In the days, weeks and month's ahead, Kathi is going to need our help in making sure that her and the kids are taken care of. We ask now that you would consider contributing to the family. No amount is too small. We thank you for helping the family move forward after such a tragedy. Thank you so very much.
