Thomas G. Hunt, 62, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016.  He was a lifelong resident of Moundsville, WV.  Tom was a meat cutter by trade and longtime employee at Save a Lot.  Unexpectedly, in 2011 he had a heart attack which led to a triple bypass and resulted in him being disabled.  Friday, Tom suffered from a massive stroke with several complications and was life flighted to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV where he remained on Life support until his passing.  Sadly, Tom has left behind his 10 year old son, Thomas, who he adored.  Other survivors include a daughter, Donella Hunt and granddaughter Lyndsie Guzek.  Regretfully, Tom had no Life Insurance and was not financially sound.  He had a free spirit and a good heart and soul.  His smile and laughter will be missed by many.  He enjoyed the simple things in life including hiking, biking, watching the Pittsburgh Pirates and listening to the Beatles and the Blues.  Any donation will be greatly appreciated to assist with the financial burden left behind.
