Albert J. Dereskiewicz, 87, of St. Clairsville, OH died Saturday April 11th, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born July 18th, 1932, son of the late Albert and Margaret (Donalavage) Dereskiewicz in Shenandoah Pennsylvania. Albert was a proud of the St. Clairsville American Legion Post 159. He enjoyed visiting other veterans at the Belmont Correctional Facility in his spare time. Albert was former president of Kwanis Club in Vandergrit, PA as well as the former president of the Merchant’s Association in Vandergrit, PA.
He was a long time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Albert retired from J.C. Penney’s Store after working many years in the shoe department. Albert is an Army veteran of the Korean War.
