Richard L. 'Dick' Fosnot passed away on March 12, 2017.  Richard was a retired employee of Ormet Corporation (Consolidated Aluminum), a former employee of Ohio Ferro Alloys in Powhatan Point, OH; a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Clairsville, American Legion Post 521 and former member of the Knights of Columbus, a veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting and occasionally golf.  To honor Dick's life the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association.  We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
