Delbert McNear of Powhatan Point, Ohio was a lifelong member of the Powhatan First Presbyterian Church. He never missed a Sunday and was an Elder Deacon for the church. Even when he became ill and became a resident of Carriage Inn of Cadiz he still managed to attend church every week in their chapel. His family is heart broken by his loss and would appreciate any memorial contributions to be made to the church he devoted so much of himself to. The family thanks you for you your kindness and prayers at this difficult time.
