Frank 'Skeeter' Liskanich passed away on March 31, 2017. Frank was a retired member of Teamsters Local 697 of Wheeling and a US Army veteran of World War II. To honor Skeeter's life the family requests memorial contribtuions be made to the Shadyside Care Center Patient Activities Fund.
