Joseph W. Breyer passed away on April 23, 2017. Joe was a retired chemical worker and shift foreman for the former Bayer Corporation and a member of the St. John Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio. To honor Joe's life the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Spirit of 76 Fire Department and Emergency Squad.
