Cecelia Gaiser passed away on May 7, 2017. She was a retired Registered Nurse for the East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a member of the St. John Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio and a former member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church and Catholic Womens Club in Wolfhurst. Ohio. To honor Cecelia's life the family requests memorial contributions be made to the John Catholic Church's Grotto or Bell Fund.
