Memorial contributions in honor of Ann Holmes
Fund Type: Memorial Donations
Moundsville, WVFundraiser ends on August 15, 2017
Ann Holmes passed away Friday, July 14, 2017 surrounded by loving family. The family would like to honor the life of Ann with memorial contributions made to Hospice of Dayton. For most of her life, Ann took care of the elderly, making sure they could remain independent.
Ohio became one of the first communities in the country to offer hospice care, by pulling together support from all area hospitals and volunteers. Hospice of Dayton was founded, and still is, a community based, non-profit care provider committed to superior care and services. Services were initially offered in homes and 13 inpatient beds at a local medical center; because of over 14,000 donors, the dreams of a hospice house became a reality. The grounds are designed to provide serenity and comfort to the patients and their families.
Ann believed in what Hospice does for families and their patients. Please consider making a donation in Ann's name. The family would like to thank you in advance.
