Austin Rodriguez's life was tragically cut short on Thursday, October 5, 2017.

Austin's life was tragically cut short early Thursday morning in a car accident.  He had just been hired on from a temp position to be a full-time state employee with the NCDOT; he loved the job and the people he worked with and they felt the same about him.  He had been with the love of his life, Megan, for a little over a year and had just professed his faith in Christ by baptism at Gethsemane Baptist Church.  Unlike many, he spent most of his time giving back to his community by volunteering at the Edneyville, Mill Spring and Chesnee Fire Departments, which he began at the tender age of 16.  Austin was an awesome young man who was going places'

His family never thought they'd be in this position of planning their son's, brother's, grandson's final arrangements.  Please help them any way you can.
