Debbie Jo Fields died on Sunday November 5, 2017 at Belmont Community Hospital. She leaves behind a Mother, two Brothers and many friends and relatives who loved her. She was an active member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Bellaire where she served as an Elder. In recognition of her years of service the family wishes any memorial contributions be made to the Church in her memory. They wish to thank you for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
