Anna D. Costine passed away on February 18, 2018.  Anna was a graduate of Belmont High School and attended Ohio University majoring in education.  She was a lifetime member of Ohio Teacher's Association and Phi Mu sorority.  She taught in Powhatan Point School System for two years (1942-1943).  She began teaching at St. Clairsville-Richland Schools in 1944, teaching math and science until she retired in 1976.  Anna had many hobbies including crocheting, cross-stitch, gardening and traveling.  She was active in her church, First Presbyterian Church and particularly enjoyed Bible study.  After her husband's death in 1992, she spent most winters on the Texas Gulf Coast where she enjoyed walking on the beach, dining with friends and seeing her grandchildren.  To honor her life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the American Kidney Fund.  We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
