William H. 'Bill' Iles passed away on March 1, 2018.  Bill was the retired President of Ohio Valley Paving Corporation and a Christian by faith. Bill was a member of Belmont Hills Country Club and was an avid golfer, fisherman, hiker and loved the outdoors. He was in the U.S Naval Reserves.  To honor his life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the St. Clairsville Junior Sports.  We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
