Vivian Joyce Van Horne passed away on March 6, 2018. Joyce was a retired bank teller for Belmont Savings Bank, a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church, St. Clairsville Child Study Club, a former member of St. Clairsville Order of Eastern Star, a volunteer at Oglebay Park Garden Center, Belmont Hills Country Club and the St. Clairsville Alumni Association. To honor her life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to Valley Hospice. We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
