Rose M. Koyder passed away on March 14, 2018. Rose was a longtime secretary for District 6, United Mine Workers Association and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, St. Clairsville and was a member of the former St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lafferty, OH. She enjoyed shopping, gardening and her pet cats. To honor her life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to Valley Hospice.
