Jack Martin passed away on April 7, 2018.  Jack was born January 7, 1932 to Lucille Dunn and William Martin in Woodsfield, Ohio. Jack was a devoted husband, loving dad and proud PaPa. He leaves many friends both here and in Florida. He was a member of the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church.  To honor his life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the William R.
