Memorial contributions benefit the Augusta Levy Learning Center.

Jim Porter died on Thursday May 3, 2018 at his home. He served his country in the Army, was an elder in his church and loved his family very much. He always had a story to tell and had a wonderful sense of humor. He worked for 42 years for the Conalco Corp and Ormet. He also worked for Oglebay's Speidel Golf Course after retiring and volunteered for Ohio Valley Parent Magazine and the Augusta Levy Learning Center which is daughter founded. His death leaves a hole that can never be filled. The family wishes to thank everyone in advance for their kindness and support and ask that any memorial contributions go to the Augusta Levy Learning Center.
