Joyce Tiber passed away on May 2, 2018.  Joyce was a sales clerk for the former Elder-Beerman Department Store and a member of United Wesleyan Church in Bellaire where she was active in many church activities. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.  To honor her life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Richard M.
