All proceeds from this memorial fund will be donated to North Carolina Coastal Federation in honor of Jay Van Davis.

Jay Van Davis, 59, of Hampstead, passed away Sunday July 1, 2018 at his home.

He married his high school sweetheart Tina Albertson on June 17, 1978 and they have shared 40 years of happiness. He also leaves behind a son, Jeremy Davis and wife Lisa of Wilmington; daughter, Allyson Davis Ayers and husband Stevie of Bear Grass, NC; brother, Mike Davis of Hampstead; sister, Jo Lin Metts of New Bern, NC and four grandchildren, Hayden, Mackenzie, and Mason Davis, and Hannah Ayers. Being left behind are also very special sisters-in-law and brother-in-law along with many loving nieces and nephews. He will also be greatly missed by his long-time furry feline buddy, Ziggy.

Your donation will further the NC Coastal Federations work to protect and restore the water quality and critically important natural habitats of the North Carolina Coast so that future generations may continue to experience the joy that Jay did when he was on the water.
