The family of Debby Rouse Fowler wish to raise money for the Wilmington Special Olympics

They say that all of the stars are not in the sky ...Debby Fowler was one such shining star. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter who not only cared for her family as a working mother, she opened her heart and home to many foster children over the years. 

Debby had special place in her heart for the Wilmington Special Olympics and had worked with them to make it a truly special event for those participating. 

Now that Debby's star has dimmed and she is shining brightly in Heaven, the family wishes  her memory be honored by making donation to the Wilmington Special Olympics. No contibution would be too small and all will be gratefully appreciated.
