Timothy Wayne Cayton
Fund Type: Memorial Donations
Wilmington, NCFundraiser ends on September 24, 2018
On October 26, 2016 at UNC-Chapel Hill Tim was diagnosed with ALS, the sporadic limb type. He went from being an independent man to being completely confined to a wheelchair. He required assistance from others to meet his every need. As cruel as ALS is, it NEVER robbed Tim of his love and faith in God and Family. He was a true testimony to all who watched his journey. He longed for his struggles to be over but endured it until he was set-free on August 24, 2018.
We are grateful to the ALS Foundation-'Catfish Hunter Chapter' for helping us along the way by providing necessary equipment at no-cost. There's No Way we could have honored his wishes by keeping him at home without the assistance of the ALS Foundation. A great way to honor Tim would be to make a contribution to ALS in his memory, in hopes others can receive assistance to fight this horrific disease until a cure is found for ALS.
