The Shadyside Marching Band can be found providing entertainment on fall Friday nights, community events, parades and special occasions throughout the Ohio Valley proudly representing their school and community.  The students of the band inspire spirit and enhance our community image.

After 17 years of faithful service, the band uniforms have exceeded their 10 ' 12-year life expectancy.  While they may look good from a distance, many are beyond repair with worn, frayed fabric and broken zippers.  Many of you may not realize that the school district only pays for the director's salary.  The Shadyside Band Patron organization pays for all other needs like sheet music, instrument repairs, minor uniform repairs and bussing to & from events.
