Arthur 'Buddy' Piatt, III passed away on May 17, 2019.  Art, 'Buddy' was a retired Credit Manager with Scott Lumber and Collection Officer with Citizens Bank of Martins Ferry. He was a member of the Bellaire Presbyterian Church where he served as Deacon. He was a member proud United States Marine Corp veteran of the Vietnam War and attained the rank of sergeant. He was a life member and past Commander of the American Legion Post 52 in Bellaire, Ohio.  To honor Buddy's life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Bellaire Presbyterian Church.  We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
