Alayne Kay Payne passed away on June 11, 2019. She retired as Adult Education Coordinator from the Licking County Joint Vocational School, She was a 1959 graduate from Shadyside High School and Presbyterian by faith. To honor her life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the ALS Association. We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
