William F. Shubat passed away on June 24, 2019. Bill was the former Director of the Belmont County Board of Elections, retiring on January 25, 2019 after 24 years. He was a member of the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside, Ohio, Ionic Lodge 438 F & AM, treasurer of the Belmont County Democratic Party and a member of the Stone Chimney Club. To honor his life the family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children. We thank you in advance for all your support during this difficult time.
