Billie was a 1943 graduate of Shadyside High School. He was a active member along with his late wife Betty Smaller Longwell, Class of 1947. Billie served as Trustee and assisted the alumni organization to the heights it is today. Any memorial contributions will be used to assist High School Seniors College Tuition or the Shadyside High School Educational Assistance Fund.
