Contributions to assist the family of Stephanie Toland
Fund Type: Family Support
Wheeling, WVFundraiser ends on March 19, 2023
Stephanie Clare (Walton) Toland, 43, of Wheeling, WV, passed away suddenly, following a massive heart attack, on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital - WVU.
Stephanie enjoyed life and everything it had to offer. She was a caregiver for 20 years before moving on to become a substitute teacher's aid with Ohio County School. But her caregiving ways did not stop there, she would constantly take care of those around her; making homecooked meals for neighbors and taking them to appointments.
She was known as the life of the party, a person you could always count on to make you smile or laugh after a hard day. Her energy was infectious.
When Stephanie met her husband, Michael, it was love at first sight and they spent 19 love filled years together and have two beautiful girls. Her family was her greatest accomplishment. She would help coach the softball team, their biggest cheerleader (on and off the field) and ultimately their biggest fan, never missing an event. Her passing will leave a hole in the hearts of all those she knew.
Stephanie leaves behind her husband, her two daughters, her parents, brother and his wife and her nephews, whom she was incredibly close with. With such a sudden passing, the family is asking for assistance with future expenses and support for the girls in the near future. No amount is too small and every bit is appreciated.
