Debra L. Welsh Memorial Fund

Debra Lee Welsh, age 43, passed away on June 11, 2023. She was loved by many and will be sorely missed.

She was predeceased by her father, Brian Welsh and her grandparents. She is survived by her children, Derek Welsh, Kaysen Cooper and Kennedy Cooper; mother, Sharon Adams; and two brothers, Zain Welsh and Brian Welsh II.
