Memorial contributions benefit the family of Dessie Baker

Dessie Baker was a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a dear friend to many people. It was said of her that she could make friends anywhere and it was not unusual for total strangers to feel right at home talking to her. She loved baking and cooking and spoiling her grandkids. A graduate of River High School she attended the Powhatan Church of the Nazarene. Sadly Dessie was taken from her family at the age of 65. She had a lot of good years left in her and the family is lost without her. Any memorial contributions will go directly to the family to assist them during this difficult time.
