Jennifer Lynne Faltys, 47, loving wife, mother and daughter, passed away peacefully at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine during the early morning hours of Monday, January 7, 2019. Jen was an inspiration to so many people, but especially to those fighting cancer. She endured treatments and procedures with an amazing strength and resiliency, often cheering others up and giving them a dose of her personal life coaching or advice.
