Mr. Davis was born on April 4, 1937, to Raymond E. Davis and Judith Vinson Davis in Northampton County, NC. Born and raised in Northampton County, Billy served his country in the National Guard and worked as a traffic coordinator for Union Camp until his retirement. He was a dedicated, lifelong Carolina fan and anyone that knew Billy, knew he took the Tarheels very seriously. Billy enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, and more than anything, he loved living life to the fullest. Billy was loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed.
