Billy was born on April 27, 1981 to the late Therolon E. Wickens, Sr. and Aida Duarte Wickens in Panama City, Panama. He was a joy to be around and was always the life of the party. He enjoyed people, never met a stranger, and could make friends everywhere he went. Billy loved his family and the time he got to spend with them. He liked to do knew things, enjoyed his toy cars, playing cards, dancing, and his most cherished love was for music. He would listen to music for hours and loved it greatly. Billy was a treasure to his family and friends and will be deeply missed.
