Cedric was born on April 28, 1937 in Hertford County, North Carolina, to the late Claude Ralph Cooke and Vannie Blowe Cooke. He was a truck driver for E.B. Lassiter Lumber Company in Potecasi and retired from NCDOT. He loved playing softball with the Potescasi Possum and Mooring Woodworkers teams. Cedric was loved by many and will be deeply missed by all that knew him. Cedric's family has a great love for the Pine Forest Rest Home and the residents and staff, therefore donations would be greatly appreciated.
