Charles was a loving and devoted husband, father, brother, and grandfather.  He faithfully served as a Southern Baptist Pastor for over 50 years.  Charles will be remembered for his love of God, a heart for ministry, a love for good food, and a wonderful sense of humor.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Maple Springs Baptist Church held a special place in Charles's heart.  The church voluntarily bank themselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ, personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the church are believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper.  A donation to Maple Springs Baptist Church will help to honor Charles's memory and help spread God's word.
