Cynthia was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, Gran, and friend to many.  Her family was her greatest joy and she took delight in caring for them.  A hard working lady, she could always be counted on to lend a helping hand.  Her generous nature and kind spirit will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Cynthia fought bravely against cancer, but ultimately lost her battle.  The Vidant Cancer Center is transforming cancer care in eastern North Carolina and is committed to improving the health and well-being of its patients.  Their philosophy of care focuses on healing of the mind, body and spirit. A donation to the Vidant Cancer Center will help to honor Cynthia's memory and help support the fight against cancer.
