After Jean's husband Harold passed away, she became incredibly active in the St.Clairsville Senior Center, She even served on the board as president for some time.
The St. Clairsville Senior Center is affiliated with Belmont County Senior Services. The Mission of Senior Services of Belmont County is to provide quality health and supportive services to clients in residential and congregate environments in an effort to minimize institutionalization while maintaining the client’s highest level of independent living.
Jean believed in the mission and work of the St.Clairsville Senior Center and Belmont County Senior Services. Please consider making a donation in her honor.
