In Loving Memory of Jeremiah D. Kirk

Fund Type: Family Support

Newport News, VA

Fundraiser ends on April 01, 2021

In lieu of flowers, please consider helping the grieving family of Jeremiah Kirk.

Jeremiah D. Kirk was born to Harold and Pam Kirk on November 29, 1991 in Mississippi. Jeremiah lost his mother at a young age, but he was still determined to see through school and join the United States Army. When he left the US Army, proudly displaying his many achievements: Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korea Defense Service Medal, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Basic Aviation Badge, and Marksmanship Badge with Rifle Bar, Jeremiah worked as a commercial roofer for Pyramid Roofing.

Jeremiah was a family man through-and-through; he loved his family to the core and he spent every day making sure they knew they were loved. Jeremiah’s passing was sudden and the family is still reeling from the loss of their father and best friend.

Jeremiah D. Kirk was preceded by his mother Pam; sister Sasha; grandfather Harold; cousins Jordan and Jerry.

Left to cherish all the love and joy that Jeremiah brought them is his father, Harold; son Bentley; daughter Avery; siblings James Kirk and Scott Thompson; and many friends, family and anyone who had the fortune of knowing him

Services are being held by the family and are private.

Jeremiah’s loss has left his family without their guiding light and life of the party – his family and young children face the unimaginable difficulty of traversing the path of life without Jeremiah.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to help his children face a better future without the worry of school costs and life’s hardships and to help ease the burden his family faces.
