Johnie was born on June 18, 1961 to Ralph Messer Outland and Janet Harrell Outland in Ahoskie, NC. Johnie was a loving sister and aunt that cherished her family. She loved animals, especially cats. She enjoyed being around people, crocheting, reading, and football. She was an avid Raiders fan. Johnie will be missed deeply by her family and friends.
