Lori was born on March 29, 1967 to the late Benjamin Franklin Lowe, Jr. and Peggy Williams Lowe in Petersburg, VA. Lori earned her master's degree from East Carolina University and enjoyed working as a paralegal. She enjoyed watching movies and listening to music. She cherished her fur babies. Lori will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Lori's family has asked that memorial donations be given to her father's foundation, Benjamin Franklin Lowe, Jr's Foundation, in her memory.
