Phil was a loving and devoted family man who always sacrificed and put his family first.  His greatest joy was playfully teasing his wife, Blanche, and taking his kids on pretend trips in "the big truck".  Phil was a truck driver for 37  years, traveling all over the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico.  His kind spirit and fun nature will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Phil suffered from Parkinson's Disease for many years.  The Michael J. Fox Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease through an aggressively funded research agenda and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today.  A donation to The Michael J. Fox Foundation will help to honor Phil's memory and help support research to end Parkinson's Disease.
