This fundraiser means a lot to the family and Sylvia. The BCARL is closing, and the Belmont County Animal Shelter is going to get a influx of animals, so any amount helps.

The Belmont County Animal Shelter has a mission to save the lives of abandoned animals and reunite lost pets with their owners. 

All pets adopted from the Belmont County Animal Shelter are spay/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, tested, and flea treated.
