Mr. Northcott was born on August 29, 1939 to Joseph Earl and Johnnie Louise Perry in Bertie County, NC. Thomas was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, that enjoyed spending time with his family. He worked doing many tasks, from being a mail carrier, a mechanic, selling Federal Crop Insurance, working at the ASCS office, to farming the land. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church, Long Branch Gun Club, and Trap Volunteer Fire Department where he once served as Chief. Thomas was loved by many and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
