Mr. Nowell was born on August 10, 1950 to the late Robert Nowell and Mary Lee Daniel Nowell in Hertford County, NC. Bill worked as a truck driver for Jernigan Oil Company for about 40 years. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them especially with his grandson Will which was the apple of his eye. He enjoyed fishing, playing music, and golfing. Bill was loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
