Mark Andrew Wiggins, 61, of Lansing, Ohio, passed away at Wheeling Hospital on Sunday, December 15th, 2019.
He was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on October 11th, 1958 to the late Cordell Wiggins and Marilyn Dixon Wiggins.
Mark was a former welder at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.
He was a member of Neffs Rod and Gun Club.
He was a loyal Cleveland Browns fan and his favorite days were ones spent on Piedmont Lake on his boat.
The family wishes to thank you in advance for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
