Kinsey “Jerry” Yoho, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. Please help to honor Jerry’s life with a memorial contribution made to Amedisys Hospice.

Amedisys Hospice helps you to recover, manage your condition and live as independently as possible. They are able to do this by following the care plan given by your doctor and provide the care at home. Home Health Care services that are available through Amedisys is; skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aides and medical social work. These services also include, fall prevention, personal emergency response, behavioral health nursing, infusion therapy & nutritional consults.

The Amedisys Hospice team took extremely wonderful care of Jerry and his family. The family would like to help honor not only his life, but to assist the work that hospice does for the families they serve.
