Webark Estates is an all-volunteer, no kill shelter in the Ohio Valley. Webark Estates plans to leave a legacy and continued good work for our furry friends. All donations go directly to help the animals in need and has a “Gold Star” rating from the WV Secretary of State’s office. The rating is based on the amount of money disbursed throughout the program’s charitable purpose.
