Patricia Elaine McNear, 73, died Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born May 5, 1947 in Martins Ferry, OH a daughter of the late Edna Black Kocher and Emmett Kocher.
Patricia was an Elder, Deacon and clerk at the First Presbyterian Church in Powhatan Pt., OH. She deeply loved her church. She also loved her community and the work the church does for it.
The family of Patricia would love for the First Presbyterian Church to receive memorial donations in Patricia's memory.
