We at the Care Funeral and Cremation Specialists wish to convey our heartfelt sympathy for the family of Sherry Shrieve who was taken from this earth and from her children through violence and indifference. This fundraiser will benefit her children to assist with final and future expenses and to help a family in need that should have had many more years to love each other and make plans. The family wishes to express their thanks for your generosity and support as they try to come to terms with this tragedy. Please read on and take a moment to understand from the families point of view.

Our mother was taken away unexpectedly on March 6^th 2020. She was the victim of a horrible crime and did not deserve what happened to her. Our mother was a very strong person even in difficult times. She loved her children and grandchildren so much even thought her rough life kept her away most of the time. She always had time for us and she called us all the time to make sure were doing ok and she tried to make memories with us.

Our mother had a tough exterior in front of people but that wasn’t who she really was. She was so much more than what people made her out to be. She was strong, intelligent, confident and had a unique sense of humor. She was always laughing and saw the positive side of things.

Our mother had a heart of gold, she would give you anything you needed even the shirt off her back. Our mother loved animals especially cats (her cat Max). My mother loved cooking with me and I loved cooking with her. Our mother loved me and my brother more than anything else in the world. We can no longer hear her tell us or call me baby doll anymore.

We are so young and she was taken, our memories are all we have of our mother. She did not deserve to be taken away, we had so much more to do. If not remembered for how loving she was please remember most of all she was me and my brothers mother.
