Tabitha Anne "Tab" Inge Memorial Fund
Fund Type: Memorial DonationsN. Chesterfield, VA
Fundraiser ends on March 20, 2021
On February 12, 2021, our Tab was taken from this world in a senseless act of domestic violence by an evil man who had no compassion or love for this dear soul. She was 35 years old, and in the prime of her life. Her community of family and friends wish to give this new angel a fitting, Christian burial, and to provide for her beautiful children. The fight against domestic violence begins on an individual basis. So many women are reaching out for help against this violence, and we, as individuals must listen and look for the signs and reach back to help and protect them. Please help Tabs family and friends to give her earthly remains a fitting and lasting peace.
Tabitha Anne “Tab” Inge was born on June 27th, 1985, the second of five sisters. She was a happy, cheerful child with an ever-present smile on her face. Tab, even as a young child, was curious and had a knack for slipping off and exploring the world around her. This quest for adventure and excitement continued her whole life. She was not real tall, but she made up for it with courage, determination, and outright toughness. While it is true, she took part in everyday girl activities, the qualities that made up her persona led her to more exciting adventures. She played sports traditionally associated with boys. Riding minibikes and go carts were a regular passion for this character of a girl, and true to form, she never drove slow! Her mother babysat both boys and girls, and more than once she had other mothers tell her they had to find another babysitter because Tab was rougher on their boys than other boys. As she got older, Tab grew from a fierce, competitive tomboy into a beautiful young woman. True to her character, she was still bold, daring, and tough, but she blossomed into a special person who was at the same time compassionate and kind. Tab was a loyal sister and friend, and one never doubted she was on your side. She had dark, deep, brown eyes like a baby deer, and windy, brown hair flowing freely. Tabs laughter, smile, and loveliness could clear a cloudy day for all who knew her. Perhaps her special gift was the ability to make others laugh; school, work, church, home or just out, Tab was always cheerful and laughing. Tab had 3 children, and she loved each of them dearly. Tragically, she lost one child, but cared for and loved her remaining children with all her heart.
